LS
The LS command provides the ability to use the Unix LS command and its syntax for listing the files in a directory. This is particular useful, when you are connected to a Unix host with Telnet, FTP, or similar utility. You can then display files on the remote host and on your local computer with the same command syntax.
Place the file LS.EXE in your Windows NT system directory c:\winnt\system so that the command is always available in every command processor window. For Windows 95 place the file in the c:\windows\command directory where it is available from any command prompt.
