The Department by Label command of the Edit menu will display a list with all the labels of the departments in the current project. The Select Department by Label dialog window is illustrated in Figure 5.20. After a department has been selected with its label, the department data can be edited just like in the Department command by pressing the Ok button. While the Edit Department dialog is shown, choose OK to retain the edited department data and choose Cancel to cancel the dialog window and not to change the department data. In either case, you are returned to the Select Department by Label dialog window and can then select the next department to be edited by its label. Pressing the Cancel button will terminate the department selection dialog window.
