2003 JFIG Paper Competition


Meetings:


Monday, November 5th, 2001, almost 100 junior faculty joined us for lunch at the 2001 INFORMS Annual Meeting in Miami.
Lunch was provided thanks to support from the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech, the Department of Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences at Northwestern Univeristy, and the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Sunday, November 17th, 2002, another 100 junior faculty joined us for lunch at the 2002 INFORMS Annual Meeting in San Jose.
Lunch was provided thanks to support from Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Florida, and Purdue University.
Sunday, October 19th, 2003, we had another 100 junior faculty join us for lunch at the 2003 INFORMS Annual Meeting in Atlanta.
Lunch was provided thanks to support from SAP.

Purpose:


To encourage discussion and interaction among junior faculty in OR/MS.
