Later this semester you will be asked to build a simulation model of a traffic intersection. The model should be something that could be used to help answer questions such as ``Should this intersection have all-way stop signs instead of a traffic light?'', or ``what is the best way to time the traffic lights?''

Your assignment for project 2a is to select an intersection, and collect the data that will be needed later in the semester to build the model. You may need to collect a larger quantity of data later, but for this assignment you must collect all the types of data that your model will require. Prepare a written report describing which data you chose to collect, explaining how you made observations, and displaying the data effectively.
