Tree-based Subsequence Modelling Software

The software package includes algorithm we developed in using tree-pruning to build an efficient tree classifier, which can find sparse events in high rate stream data. This is an on-going project.

Because the package includes multiple subdirectories, the following startup.m file may be needed to add subdirectories into calling paths.
